Marcos was an extremely caring and compassionate nurse who went above and beyond in his care of my father. He was knowledgeable about my dad’s case, meds, and situation, and got to know what calmed his panic attacks…music. We were blown away that he left his personal cell phone in Dad’s room for hours, playing my dad’s favorite Boleros songs. My dad was so touched that a young man would do that, as were we. We noticed other nurses scrolling away on their phones at the nurse’s station, while Marcos left his phone with Dad and was never seen sitting around…he ran from patient to patient, often staying past his shift. We were so blessed to have him four days in a row.
