Not enough room to say that each and everyone has been great but Marcus was assigned to me. Glad he was willing to try. Marcus represented the hospital with great empathy and need for me to know that the hospital cared about all. He exhibited his character in a way that not only exceeded what any employer would expect, but what any human being needs to show someone in a medical need. He is highly one of the most compassionate understanding nurses ever. Marcus spent all the time necessary to explain everything to me and my spouse. He was kind and professional and thorough; Marcus addressed every concern and answered every question, He took the time to talk to us about some information that gave us a closer connection to not only our nurse but our new Friend!
