Marcy Diver deserves recognition! As a new RN to this facility, she has taken me 'under her wing'. She is exceptional every day and always has a professional yet gentle spirit. She handles complicated patients with confidence and strives for excellence in all that she does. Marcy is especially concerned about our patients' family members when dealing with a dying patient. She takes time to explain what is happening and takes her time with family- showing empathy- not just rushing through her nursing duties. Marcy sets the bar high in mentoring and passionately leads in the nursing setting. She makes a difference every day. She makes me want to be a better nurse!
