...Marcy was my nurse on the day shift. Marcy always had kind words to say and a smile to go with them. Marcy was always in control of every situation and made me feel like I had a real professional taking care of me. My bed was always changed and if I called for her it was minutes or less and she was there to assist me. Marcy took the time to answer questions y wife and I had by drawing it out on the white board and making sure we understood. Marcy always took the time to explain what was going on and she knew what was going to happen next for me. At the end of my stay I felt I knew her and she had all my trust, this kind of comfort is the best medicine Sanford Health can give. Marcy went the extra mile for me every day.
