When working the NOC shift, one of the day shift ARN called the Charge ARN, Mardy, to get help with a Suicide Call that was lengthy due to PD shortages. Mardy was very professional and helpful. The patient was finally taken to ED. Also, Mardy explained a PARRS DOWN workflow that occurs only at NOC. The ARN was very appreciative of his excellent and knowledgeable patient assistance.
