I had a procedure at The Lister Hospital recently, and Margaret looked after me overnight. She was so kind and caring and made me feel safe in an unknown environment. She always came quickly when I rang the call bell and was helpful and well-informed. She removed my dressing and changed my sheets before bed when they got wet from the dressing. A really great nurse!
