"Mediocrity or less is often the norm today, while excellence goes without
recognition or reward. With this letter of recognition for excellence, I
hope to change that by overtly acknowledging excellence. On 12/x/09, a CTA
heart scan test was my first experience at AIMMC. From the time I made the
appointment to the completion of the test and I was walked out to a cab, I
was blessed with the supervision and support of an outstanding RN, Margaret
Allison. I was deeply impressed by her compassion, professionalism,
knowledge and patient support. Through [her] caring and compassionate
manner my CTA test was experienced with less stress and anxiety. Her
presence was like having a loving, patient friend with me. I thank AIMMC
for providing its patients with such a quality employee. Ms. Allison is
truly a role model for the nursing profession, a profession I hold in high
esteem."
