A fellow nurse was facing some challenges and needed extra help. When Margy saw this, she took the initiative to call and ask how she could be of assistance. The nurse explained that she was having trouble with some IVs and Margy immediately came to her aide. Margy's teamwork and leadership skills made the challenges easier for her co-worker.
