Nurse Margaret Ann Raab decorated my mom's room for her birthday! Now that is going above and beyond. She was so kind and tender to the patient and her humor was amazing. She had us laughing every day in a situation that was not so funny. Even though you don't have an official hospital clown, you can be sure Nurse Margaret Ann is doing that extra job!

Margaret Ann is a wonderful nurse. She walks the extra mile with all her patients. Whether it is comforting the family or just fixing the patients hair so she looks nice, she does it all. She has the most wonderful caring manner with family and patients. She is absolutely the best!

Nurse Margaret Ann brought in her own curlers to curl my mother's hair. She even called me on her days off just to check in and make sure we were OK. She made us feel like we really mattered. She always made sure all of our questions were answered and her sense of humor was a great distraction.
