Margaret's caring and warm approach was constantly reassuring. She quickly became our trusted friend and confidant. Her extra gestures of bows in hair and specially made hats with bows helped us see our daughter as a little girl and person instead of focusing on machines and wires. Even after we have left, we still turn to Margaret for advice! She is quite simply wonderful!
