Margaret did an epidural for a woman having her first baby who was having blood pressure issues. Margaret was great at communicating that with the staff. We spent several hours with the patient; coaching her on epidurals also explaining the different processes. Margaret stayed calm while speaking with the patient and her family. Margaret is always open to help new residents; she is such a pleasure to work with.
