B came into the hospital with A-fib. He is a big man, runs two businesses and has always been in charge. He has tried to be in charge here. There are all types of personalities that come through your door. Exceptional care means working with patients where they are mentally. B was scared to death. Margaret handled B so well. Not too many people stand up to him. He's a kind man with a big heart but sometimes he can be loud and stubborn. Thank you, Margaret, for quietly standing your ground.
