I came in for pain pump issues; my pump was beeping and I didn't want to run out. My nurse, Peggy spent hours on the phone calling pain clinics helping to coordinate my care. The Dr. also spent a lot of time coordinating with my pain specialist in California. I came out for a family emergency. Peggy was compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure my needs would be met. Spending that much time on the pump issue was above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Peggy then called the next day to make sure arrangements were finalized. She was a big help.
