While I've known and worked with Margaret for many years in the Trauma ICU, I wanted you to know how much she impresses me as an instructor. She genuinely cares about her students' success, and that passion is almost palpable when she's on the floor with them. It's one thing to educate and instruct, but it requires an entirely different level of commitment to teach your students the value in caring about what you do.

Margaret goes the extra mile for every student I've seen her with. She takes her time, she's exceptionally patient with their steep learning curve, and she speaks TO them, not AT them. Margaret not only challenges them to level up, but she makes every effort to meet them at the level they're currently on.

She is a passionate and talented role model who is always a joy to be around. And I felt it important that you know how much I (we) all appreciate her efforts.
