Margaret is an exceptional case manager, she was a great mentor and a valuable resource. She is attentive to the needs of staff and patients especially. She has great listening skills and makes patients and families feel important. She is very professional and has a great attitude.
Margaret is committed to the mission and values that MacNeal represents. She is always involved in councils hospital-wide, clinical advancement and any hospital events as a volunteer. She is a great role model and demonstrates excellent nursing clinical skills. Her main focus is that of the patient/family as an advocate for them. Margaret is such an asset to the Case Management Department and MacNeal Hospital.
