I admitted myself to the ER Saturday afternoon, Nov 2022 for a laceration to my left thumb. The nurse was swift to see me and was very pleasant while asking me the necessary questions, making me comfortable, and preparing materials for the physician. She made sure that I had the necessary paperwork to explain my treatment and to get my antibiotic prescriptions filled and called into the local pharmacy. I have never had a pleasant ER experience before until this time and she was a major factor.
