I came to the ER following a fall from the ceiling of my attic. I was in significant pain upon arrival. I had lost consciousness, bowel, and bladder during the incident. I was truly scared that something major was wrong. As soon as I arrived at the emergency room, many staff members, including Maggie, began assessing me. This nurse cared for me and helped distract me from the pain I was experiencing. She immediately made a connection with me. She made me feel that I was truly being cared for. Her care and sweet demeanor helped tremendously during my time at the ER. Maggie should be commended for her outstanding care and bedside manner. This experience gave me confidence in Seton, and I will return here when needed.
