I was in a lot of pain and discomfort and I found Margaret to be very accommodating to my requests without making me feel impatient, overly needy, or shaming me. When she couldn't get to me right away, she did not make excuses or appear distraught. She also seemed extraordinarily genuinely concerned for my well-being. I am grateful for my experience.
