For her excellent care of a patient's family during a difficult time...staff was extremely complimentary of her support and guidance. This patient was inducted into the Shag Hall of Fame the week before. Margaret followed this patient to ICU and stayed with the patient and the family. She found a Shag CD and played it in the room. She truly touched the lives of this family and made the most difficult time of their life so much better.
