I want to commend Margaret Pang, who performed a great job. She was a courteous, compassionate and caring nurse. She took the time and patience to listen to the patient's and family member's concerns. My dad had surgery and although he was slowly recovering, her positive attitude and friendliness made a huge impact and difference for my dad and us. She demonstrated her expertise and knowledge by giving detailed explanations of my dad's progress, tests and the procedure she had to do.
