Maggi always answers our phones and call lights if we are busy. She is always willing to help with turns and whatever the patient needs. When she is dialyzing someone she will shave them or bathe them or wash hair when needed. She is the picture perfect team player. She helps all family members also.

Maggi is a great team player who regularly goes above and beyond to ensure patients receive safe and efficient hemodialysis. Maggi has been identified as a "flutter"-she takes patient comfort very seriously and strives to make their hemo runs as pleasant as possible.

Maggi goes above and beyond in meeting the needs of her coworkers and patients. From picking up shifts and managing and organizing her work day to facilitate effective use of our day. You can count on her to be energetic and encouraging. With patients she takes the extra time to listen to their concerns. She also takes the time to fluff and buff (we have to stock extra pillows and blankets for the days Maggi works). She has even given a foot lotion and massage while caring for an acute patient.
