During a very hard time for my son and our family, Maggie truly lifted our spirits. I was relieved to see her at the start of her shift because we knew she would be such a support for my son and me while we were here. She knew my son was sensitive to loud noises and would whisper when she approached him. When we were up for it, she made sure to share a funny story to cheer him up. She was always available to us, which I know was a challenge during her busy shift, and she never once looked frustrated or upset with us. I know that she treats each of her patients as individuals and makes them her priority. She is so caring, and I want her to know how she makes a difference and is an example for other nurses to follow. Thank you, Maggie!
