Maggie helped me and my husband get through one of the darkest days of our lives. My husband is awaiting a heart transplant in Cardiac ICU. One week, he was found to be septic. That day was scary for everyone, especially for him. Maggie went above and beyond to provide care and comfort to both of us. She communicated clearly and took quick action throughout the day, strengthening his will to fight the infection. She provided a sense of calm to both of us. She continually connected with my husband and helped me catch my breath when things got rough. We will not forget how her professionalism and compassion came together to get us through that day. Maggie has our deep respect and enduring gratitude.
