I was nervous about my colonoscopy procedure. Margaret passed my bed and with one look at me, she could tell I was sad. She then stopped and came to sit with me. She told me, very professionally, how simple the procedure was and that I have no reason to worry. She was so nice and friendly. She made me feel completely safe. Honestly, I will always remember her friendly face, her professional behavior, and her positive attitude. She literally stopped doing whatever she was doing, just to sit with me and to make me feel better.
