Margaret Valenti was my nurse on my discharge day. She was extremely compassionate and reviewed my discharge instructions in detail. She took time to answer any questions I had. You would never know she had any other patients that she had to take care of.

Margaret stayed with me during a difficult procedure she held my hand and spoke to me the whole time the surgeon put the line in my neck. I think she went out of her way to make all her patients comfortable and she has even checked up on me when not my nurse.

On the final day of my stay Margaret was my nurse for the first time and she was exceptionally warm, kind and comforting. She showed me how to use the internet/tv features and was sincere and professional.
