Margareta Nowak was outstanding. From the moment she introduced herself late at night, she was delightful. While all my nurses throughout my stay were wonderful, Greta made me feel the most at ease. At such a crucial time when exhaustion has reached its limits, Greta came into the room refreshed and ready to hold down the fort. Just watching her as she helped my son and me through numerous tasks, was like watching a true professional in tune with every single step of what caring for a newborn and new mom, I believe should look like. She carried herself in a courteous and loving way; she was compassionate and understanding as well as accommodating and precise. She sets the bar and provides what seems to me, the standard in caring for a newborn. Watching the way she worked, I could tell that she knew exactly how to handle every situation that was thrown into her hands. She handled so well in fact that she made it look way too easy, something that is hard to do when dealing with a little squirmy baby. She provided me with inspiration and had me feeling like I want to be just as good as you!
