My daughter was in the NICU for two months. Margie was present during the delivery and she later introduced herself to us in the NICU. Every interaction we had with her since was a positive one. With her sense of humor, she made our time at the NICU more enjoyable. My husband and I were impressed by everything she did, from the meticulous way in which she kept the incubator to the special attention she paid to my own recovery, Margie went above and beyond. It was important to her that we knew what was happening every step of the way and that no matter how scary things seemed at times, we always had another milestone to look forward to.
