I am a lucky woman. My last hospitalization was for the birth of my son over 43 years ago. So to say I was stressed about having a cardiac procedure is an extreme understatement. Marge was with me from beginning to end and her conversation and information regarding my procedure put me so at ease. I was concerned that I would need stents but she let me know they would only be needed if my arteries were more than 70% blocked. She explained all facets of my procedure, and what to expect before, during, and after. Her professionalism was beyond reproach. But for me what was even more important was her down-to-earth friendly manner in tending to me. It's what I needed to get through a scary procedure. I will never forget her care, it was like being watched over by a best friend. Thank you, I will never forget you. I remain lucky, with a good outcome and wonderful hospital personnel to help me get through it.
