She is always pleasant, empathetic, and caring. She has gone out of her way to help people who are interested in how to improve their skills with all things related to nursing, especially with wound/ostomy care. She has helped me accomplish my goals as a WOC student to obtain the internship needed to complete my education. This meant that she worked with my manager and rearranged schedules, including her schedule, to do this. She cares, she puts in time and effort, and she never seems to be bothered or irritated. She is an exemplary employee and an asset to NCH. Thank you, Margie, for all you do.
