I can't describe a specific situation, but what I do know is that on a day to day basis Margo demonstrates what a DAISY Nurse looks like. She is caring and empathetic to not only her patients but her peers as well. She handles stress and less than ideal situations with such grace. It is said quite often that Margo cannot ever retire. She truly is irreplaceable.
