I have witnessed Margot visit a patient who was being very difficult with all the nurses, she was the only nurse/staff member that could calm him down. Margot gave the patient her cell phone number and she answered it every single time he called no matter what time of day or night. Margot chooses to wear scrubs vs. a suit any day. She embraces the "No Pass Zone", and will enter a patient's room and address their requests when she is walking down the hall and sees a call light on! Thank you Margot for being a leader who demonstrates what a professional nurse should be!
