My husband and I first met Margo last year when my husband was under the care a Consultant Urologist. We very quickly noticed how well she supported the urologist in his clinics and she very soon built up a good rapport with us both, providing a supportive conduit to the urologist and his team. She was very sensitive to our worries and concerns and provided reassurance and support on many occasions during this difficult period. Margo used her exemplary clinical expertise to provide us with reassurance just when it was needed and patiently explained procedures, risks, and positive outcomes.
