As nursing students at National University San Diego we are fortunate enough to finish our Med Surg 2 clinical at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical San Pedro. We were placed at the 4W unit where we shadowed Mari Ashley. She was such a fabulous nurse and an awesome teacher! She was friendly and helpful and made this a very safe and comfortable learning environment. We are so grateful for her help and knowledge. She reminded us why we want to be nurses!
