Maria A Campbell, RN

Maria was my family member's nurse the first night after surgery. Not only was she very professional, but she was also very kind and attentive. My favorite characteristic about Maria was her calm and soothing personality. I also witnessed her very respectful attitude towards other staff members. My family member had an unusual medical need: warm IV fluids. Maria was not familiar with this particular need but she handled it very efficiently. When she explained it to the next shift she said “this is what worked for me, but you might have a better idea.” I thought that was a very humble and respectful attitude. My family member is soft-spoken and takes a minute to gather her thoughts and Maria listened attentively without rushing or demonstrating any impatience whatsoever. Our sincere thanks to Maria and all of the staff that we came in contact with during our stay.
