March 2022 Honoree
Maria Barger, BSN, RN
The hardest thing I ever had to do was say goodbye to my 77-year-old father, who was unexpectedly passing. His passing was made so much more peaceful by Maria.
From the moment she clocked in at 7 a.m., she made sure my dad was comfortable and every need he had was met. If he needed to be suctioned, medicated, or repositioned, she was available at a rapid speed. She was very gentle and very knowledgeable. God Bless Her!
My dad passed at 5:34 p.m. in the most gentle, comfortable, compassionate way. I am blessed to have met this young lady.
