When we came into the hospital with our 8-month-old son we were nervous, anxious and scared, basically, we were experiencing every type of emotion one could imagine. The first night we were there, Maria was our nurse so she was stuck with us being full of emotions and not knowing what we could do to help our child. We were so confused, and Maria was so helpful. She spent extra time with us to explain everything that was going on and everything that was going to happen. She even took the time to have a question/answer session with my two teenagers.
