Maria Carina Saw, RN

My mother had surgery last year. We were met with a warm smile and kindness from Carina Saw. We were both anxious and excited. Carina explained each step and answered all our questions. She made sure my mom was comfortable. I realize everything I described is part of the job, but Carina was extra kind, extra patient and extra caring. And, in the fast-paced environment where things must stay on schedule, she was calm which in turn, made us both calm. It's like she knows how we felt and made our comfort and trust a priority and let her skills as a nurse shine. My mother went on to make an amazing recovery.
