After a long couple of days in the hospital, we had the pleasure of having Nurse Maria with us over the weekend. As a nurse myself, I know and understand just how busy a shift can get, but that did not stop Nurse Maria. From always being attentive, diligent, patient, and compassionate when it came to taking care of my grandpa, Nurse Maria is the type of nurse you would want if it were yourself or a loved one in the hospital. She always came in with a welcoming smile and thorough updates and was prompt to answer any and all questions. I was comfortable leaving the hospital because I knew my grandpa was in good hands with Nurse Maria. I am forever grateful that Nurse Maria was able to help me pull off the ultimate surprise for my grandpa. Although it is a place we wish we weren't at. His smile and the way his eyes lit up when he saw L will be one of my favorite memories, and I will hold them in my heart forever. My family and I are so fortunate that we had you take care of us.
