Charisma took my mom from ER and took charge right away. I loved her confidence and that made us all feel comfortable - we were in good hands. A REAL nurse!

Being a nurse myself it is visible to me that Charisma does from her heart and cares for her patients as if it were her own family. Small things: a blanket fell off my mom's shoulder. She tried to reach for it to fix it and couldn't see from her badly swollen, blood shot eyes. Charisma, without looking, NOTICED that, reached over and put the blanket over my mom's shoulder. !!!

She had answers to my questions, and if not took the initiative and found out in timely fashion. In charge at all times! Great teaching skills, thorough but fast and on subject. Excellent nursing Charisma!!
