I'd like to take this opportunity to express gratitude for compassionate and professional care I received from one of your registered nurses, Maria Cheng. I've been hospitalized two consecutive months, each of six-day duration and Maria was my nurse for a few days each time. We established an immediate rapport and she was able to address all my concerns with her knowledge, thereby reducing my anxiety. Her bedside manner was that of a woman devoted to both her profession and her patients.

Maria Cheng, in my opinion, is a wonderful example of what a nurse should be.
