Ms. Maria Cresilda always looks motivated and inspires everybody around her. She gives all of her knowledge and experience to those who need it. Ms. Cresilda is very cooperative with experience in effectively and efficiently managing both patients and staff. She is an extremely organized, calm and patient professional with excellent healthcare skills and passion for providing quality care to patients.
She is always concerned that the patient will receive the best treatment without any harm to them. I never saw her angry at any person, she never refused any assignment given to her, and also she is professional with everybody, either her supervisors or staff or even the relatives of the patients.
She is conscious of her patients' distress, suffering, and she always gives time to talk to her patient and tries to alleviate their anxiety especially the patient with multiple injuries. She never incurred any absence during her assignments. She has perfect attendance. She always looks motivated and keeps inspiring everybody around her.
