Criselda is an absolutely amazing nurse. She is incredibly skilled with placing IVs in pediatric patients and regularly gets them on the first attempt. She is always prepared to use child-friendly practices and effectively teams with the pediatric nurses to make these scary experiences as minimally stressful as possible for our little and not-so-little patients. She always comes quickly when we need her. She has helped me more times than I can count, and I value her contributions to the care we provide on Peds/PICU immensely.
