Cris took care of me after I had a rough start at the hospital. I am a firm believer of "Do what you say you're going to do, when you say you're going to do it" and she lived up to it. She was efficient and she really got the ball rolling on my care. I needed a blood transfusion and Cris took the time to explain the procedure and what the steps afterwards would be. During my transfusion and throughout my stay she always seemed to appear right when I would need her. When she checked on me she always made me feel like a joy to take care of and that I was the only one. I know it its her job but she kept me calm and eased my fears.
