She goes above and beyond helping the whole house. One day we had situations come up that were new to us. We didn't even need to ask, she already took the initiative to do an intervention, answer questions, find the right equipment, and get the right people involved. She is truly a great resource. She is the epitome of what a charge nurse should be. Despite how busy she was and whatever problem came her way she never lost her composure. She even continued to greet each person who walked by with respect and love.
