Maria Di Ienno, BS

Maria goes above and beyond in ensuring that her care for patients and families is based on the best available evidence-based practice. Her engagement in school and her willingness to share and help others using her experience and knowledge exemplify her compassion as a future nurse. She takes so much of her time to share uplifting and empathetic messages with her cohort. When making decisions as a student nurse, she takes the best course of action she can to help her patients and families. Serving as the Vice President of the Student Nurses Association, Maria is an excellent leader and an outstanding representative of what a Lobo nursing student should be.
