I arrived in tremendous pain from what turned out to be a sternal fracture. Maria was gentle and sympathetic in all that she did and that caring got through to me even though I was in intense pain. I felt she respected my situation and that she would do everything she could to ease me. All of her actions were smooth; she advised me of what she was about to do; she repeatedly checked on me and ensured that I was doing well. I cannot imagine any better care being given to me, and I am extremely grateful.
