Always attentive, helpful, and understanding. She answered any and all of our concerns. On the day we were to have my husband released, she did everything in her power to see it through. He had a catheter, and she had to do a flush, eventually getting the clot that was blocking the flow. He had surgery at CDH, and our doctor's office was at Delnor. He had an emergency surgery, which got us at St. Joe's. She was wonderful and caring. She is an asset to your staff. We need more like. She needs to be thanked and appreciated!
