Maria Kester is an inspiring nurse! She is consistently compassionate and considerate, always going above and beyond for her patients! She was my preceptor during nursing school and taught me so much, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and knowledge. She educated me about clinical practice, how to advocate for patients, and how to collaborate effectively with other staff members. She maintains a positive outlook and exhibits a professional, therapeutic attitude and behavior regardless of the circumstances. In challenging situations, she excels at communicating and applying her skills. She is truly my role model in the nursing field; she is the best nurse I have ever worked with, in every respect!
