I was introduced to Maria by Dr. R as his scheduling nurse after my first visit. She said she would work on getting me scheduled for heart cath surgery and process my insurance paperwork. Within 2 days, I had insurance approval, and surgery was scheduled. She explained the process for me prior to the surgery with clarity and professionalism. As a result, I was ready and prepared for the heart catheterization surgery.

When my second procedure was determined to not be necessary by Dr. L and Dr. R, I received a call from Maria explaining what was going to occur moving forward and immediately scheduled my 6 month follow up appointment. The teamwork exhibited by these three far exceeded my expectations . As I told Maria, what she and the Doctors do every day to help people in need and that she needs to be recognized for what it is as remarkable .
