Maria was absolutely amazing from the time I arrived to the time I had my baby. She was extremely supportive and talked me through all my contractions. She was an amazing support person while I was waiting for my mother and friend to get back in the room. She worked super fast to get the room ready for delivery, as she was the only nurse in there at that time, along with getting a hold of the doctor. She assured me that the doctor was on the floor and he would be in my room soon. When I told her I needed to push, without questioning me, she immediately called the doctor back in the room. She helped me afterwards with my postpartum care and made me feel very safe during the whole process, which is very important when you are going through labor and delivery. Maria is truly amazing.
